  PastorPator Butch Olsen Close: Butch Olsen

Pastor Butch was installed at Prince of Peace on June 7, 2015 to serve as our Intentional Interim Pastor following the retirement of Pastor Dan Wehrspann.  He comes to us from the Northwest District Office of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod where he has been serving for several years in multiple congregations as an Intentional Interim Pastor.  His focus is to help congregations in transition to review and define their mission and ministry, and to prepare them to Call a new permanent Pastor.  We welcome Pastor Butch to our Prince of Peace family, and look forward to his ministry among us!  E-mail Pastor:


  Family Life Minister: Jeff Kranich

Jeff Kranich (Mr. K) joined the staff of Prince of Peace in January 2011. He loves serving in a Team Ministry and working to help others develop the gifts God has given them for ministry.  Mr. K helps Pastor Dan with Confirmation Class & School Chapels, and works with him and other leaders to create events for Family and Community Faith development and growth.  He is an accomplished singer-songwriter and uses his musical gifts in worship, school activities, and youth ministry.  His focus is helping our members to joyfully reach out to our surrounding community with the love of Jesus Christ.  Email Jeff:


Becky   Church Office Assistant: Becky Kranich

Becky Kranich joined our Office Staff in 2015.  She is a Northwest Native, and a Pastor’s kid, so she is very familiar with the Lutheran Church.  Becky is in the Office on Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-3pm.  In her free time she enjoys knitting, scrapbooking, reading, and keeping up with her children and grandchildren online.  Stop by and see her during the week, or call her at the office at 503-645-1211, or email her at:
